Episode 202 - diversity in storytelling
Critical to creative and business growth in 2021 and beyond is diversity in storytelling. Yet diversity is more than the story, it’s hiring practices, it’s environment, it’s opportunity and it’s the willingness to address the issues that people who are considered other (including race, sex, religion, identity, etc.) face every single day. In this episode our hosts and guests have an open and honest dialogue about where we are “now", and what should constitute the “next”.
